Established in 2019, Divenire quickly gained recognition as the premier destination for young girls of all ages and skill levels to explore their full potential. Under the guidance of Candice Uys, former national South African rhythmic gymnast, the Divenire coaching team is dedicated to nurturing talent, inspiring dreams and fostering a love for the sport.
At Divenire, we believe in the power of dreams. From recreational classes designed to instill confidence and coordination to the high performance programs aimed at elite-level training, there’s something for everyone at Divenire.

OUR HEAD COACH
Candice Uys
Meet our head coach and founder, Candice Uys.
Candice has been involved in rhythmic gymnastics for more than twenty years and has vast experience and knowledge as a coach, choreographer, judge and former international gymnast
As a gymnast, she was four-time South African national champion and went on to represent South Africa at a number of international competitions, including the 2018 World Challenge Cup in Guadalajara, Spain. She is well-known in the international gymnastics community for her perseverance and dedication to rhythmic gymnastics.
Candice has been coaching since 17 years old and, since then, has gone on to coach and choreograph all over South Africa and all over the world. Her coaching and choreography has helped gymnasts win countless medals locally and internationally and her choreography has been internationally recognised on many occasions.
Despite her young age, Candice’s passion, talent, and unwavering dedication to the sport have propelled her to extraordinary heights in the world of coaching. Candice brings a fresh perspective and boundless energy to rhythmic gymnastics in South Africa and she has dedicated her life to creating the next generation of successful gymnasts.
